1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pakclub", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website pakclub.im, licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "you", "user", "player", "account holder" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pakclub account.
• "Platform" means the pakclub website at pakclub.im, including all casino games, sports betting facilities, live dealer tables, payment portals and customer support channels made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform and associated with a unique username and password.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you and available for wagering or withdrawal, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by pakclub that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing or using the Platform is restricted under applicable law or pakclub's internal compliance policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pakclub Platform, creating an account or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pakclub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written or oral.

pakclub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the pakclub Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial gambling, syndicate play or on behalf of a third party is not permitted without express written authorisation from pakclub.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer or contractor of pakclub, nor a close family member of such a person, without prior written consent.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

pakclub employs robust age verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other acceptable proof of age and identity. Failure to complete verification within the period specified will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of bonus balances.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a pakclub account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are identified, pakclub reserves the right to close all but the first-registered account and to void any transactions, bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pakclub accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pakclub immediately via the live chat or support email. pakclub will suspend the account pending investigation.
• Account currency: All pakclub accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after account creation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

pakclub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of deposited funds.
• pakclub does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved. Required documents include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Processing times vary: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• pakclub reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Any bonus balance remaining at the time of withdrawal will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pakclub offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pakclub reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses are applied in the order they are credited. You may not combine multiple welcome offers.
• pakclub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter wagering requirements or modify promotion terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, bonus abuse, collusion or use of multiple accounts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real money without satisfying wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the pakclub Platform — including live casino, slots, Teen Patti, Fortune Dragon and sports betting — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including cricket (PSL and international fixtures), are accepted at pakclub's prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to placement. Once confirmed, bets are binding.
• Void Bets: pakclub reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred. Voided bets are refunded to the Real Money Balance.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game or technical malfunction, pakclub reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding stake. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
• Maximum Winnings: Pakclub may impose maximum win caps on certain games or betting events. These caps, where applicable, are disclosed in game or event-specific terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

pakclub is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support safe play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Account Settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player who believes they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakclub Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or under any alias.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false age declaration.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including running a betting syndicate or accepting bets from third parties using your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in an unsanctioned manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer tables and sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or technical errors to generate winnings. Any such winnings are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle for processing illicit funds.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pakclub staff, live dealers or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, whether directly or via a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pakclub Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audiovisual material and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of pakclub or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any pakclub trademark, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pakclub intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pakclub and its licensors.

11 Privacy & Data

pakclub collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pakclub collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakclub's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pakclub account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakclub shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not pakclub was advised of the possibility of such damages.

pakclub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability. pakclub shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pakclub reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at pakclub.im/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms or eligibility requirements — pakclub will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: You may close your pakclub account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to satisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following KYC verification.
• By pakclub: pakclub may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in Prohibited Conduct, are found to be under 21, are found to be accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or if pakclub is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure by pakclub for breach, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited immediately. If no breach is established following investigation, the Real Money Balance will be returned within a reasonable period.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakclub holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact pakclub's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by the competent body designated under pakclub's gaming licence. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
